I accept Paypal, credit cards through Paypal only, POSTAL only money orders and personal checks. If you pay by personal check, I will ship your item after your check clears my bank. Generally that takes 5 - 7 days. PLEASE NOTE: If you pay via Paypal using credit card, cash, etc. You MUST be REGISTERED with Paypal and preferrably VERIFIED. ~How do you ship ?
The following information is for shipping in the US ONLY ! International customers, please read info below new postal insurance rates chart.
Shipping will be twice weekly via USPS only. Usually on Tuesdays and Fridays. It may vary occassionally. I do this simply because we live a bit of a drive from post office. When you check out you will have the option of regular first class mail, priority, & 2 seperate options for the ribbons, from a drop down menu. Click on your choice. INSURANCE IS YOUR OPTION AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Again, you'll be brought to a drop down menu to choose the appropriate amount. This allows protection for both you and I. Delivery confirmation only shows that a package has been delivered. It does NOT show WHERE it was delivered to. Insurance rates, like all other postal services, have increased as of May 12, 2008. See below for new rates.

I will take them however, if you feel the need to return something you must first contact me via email within 3 business days of receiving your item(s). Please don't just send it back with out contacting me first ! In returning an item, it must be packaged and shipped in same condition it was received. Once I receive the item, I'll be happy to refund your purchase price in same manor I received payment LESS shipping charges. PLEASE NOTE: The returns policy does NOT include items on the Garage Sale Page. Jewelry items are CLEARANCE items BUT I will consider refunds under particular circumstances such as item arrived broken (IF insurance was purchased), item not as described in listing, that sort of thing. If you purchase shipping insurance on a jewelry item and it arrives damaged then a claim will be processed via USPS once I have received the damaged item back. So PLEASE ask any questions you may have prior to purchase.
~What About Your Jewelry ?
All of the sterling silver in the jewelry needs proper care just like any other sterling silver. It's best to clean it as you would any other sterling silver. Store it in boxes that have special lining that keeps the silver tarnish free. It works ! I have one I purchased from QVC and it works GREAT !
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: All of the glass beads in the jewelry are just that - GLASS ! They are annealed for strength and durability BUT - THEY WILL BREAK if not treated properly ! No glass bead will last forever if it's mistreated no matter how well it's annealed ! PLEASE TAKE NOTE: The items on this website are not intended for use by young children !
